Cancellation Policy for Fall 2009 Housing Assignments

Per the Housing and Dining Contract, if I cancel my Housing Agreement with Housing & Residence Life for the fall semester, I understand I am bound to any fees and/or penalties as outlined in the Housing and Dining Contract.

Residents must go to Housing and Residence Life's front office located in Ragsdale Mendenhall to cancel their housing contracts.

Please review this contract before cancelling your housing application for any fees and/or penalties associated with cancelling your housing contract (refer to "Cancellation Policies" beginning on page 4 of the Housing & Dining Contract 2009-2010.
