Housing Cancellation

This cancellation form may be used prior to the room keys being picked up for the assigned term of the contract.

Application Status
Housing agreement. I understand I am giving up my room and meal plan.

Per the Housing and Dining Contract, if I cancel my Housing Agreement in writing with Housing and Residence Life for the fall semester, I understand I am bound to any fees and/or penalties as outlined in the Housing and Dining Contract. If I cancel after August 1, 2008 a $500 contract liquidation fee will be billed to my student account should I remain an enrolled student.
