Community Advisors for Reynolds Hall
Resident Advisors (RAs) are staff members that live one on each of the floors in Reynolds Residence Hall. RAs received special training to help residents learn more about themselves, each other and UNCG. RAs create and maintain a positive living environment, communicate expectations, and enforce standards for community living.
Community Fellows for Reynolds Hall
Community Fellows (CFs) are staff members that serve as upper-class peer mentors for residents living in the First Year Experience Program. These upperclassmen students create a community that enhances students' potential to succeed at the University through campus and community involvement.
