L.E.A.D (Leaders Emerging And Developing) is a Living/Learning program that focuses on leadership development within the UNCG and surrounding communities.

Mission Statement
The LEAD program is open to students of all academic majors who are interested in achieving both their academic and leadership potential. This community offers a two-semester living–learning environment designed to help students develop the skills, values and commitment necessary to become effective and ethical leaders. Through potential co-enrollment in courses that explore leadership issues as well as participation in campus activities, service projects and in-hall committees, students gain valuable practical experience and build meaningful relationships with other students.
