Mission Statement

The LEAD program is open to students of all academic majors who are interested in achieving both their academic and leadership potential. This community offers a two-semester living–learning environment designed to help students develop the skills, values and commitment necessary to become effective and ethical leaders. Through potential co-enrollment in courses that explore leadership issues as well as participation in campus activities, service projects and in-hall committees, students gain valuable practical experience and build meaningful relationships with other students.
