Housing Contract
All residential students are bound by the Housing and Dining contract they agreed to at the time they submitted their housing application. The contract is for the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring Semesters). A Residence hall student who withdraws from University housing while remaining a student will be obligated to pay in full for the contract period unless released from the contract according to the terms specified in the contract.
If a student is not yet 18 years of age at the time the Housing Application is submitted for the 2013-2014 academic year, a parent or guardian's signature is required to indicate acceptance of the conditions and terms of the Housing Contract 2013-2014. Please download, complete, and submit the 2013-2014 Under 18 Parent-Guardian Form below to Housing & Residence Life as soon as possible, as the housing application will not be considered complete if the student is under 18 years of age and this form is not on file with our office.
Housing and Residence Life has an Appeal Process in place. Please be sure to review the 2012-2013 Housing Contract prior to submitting an appeal for any information related to your appeal request. If after reviewing the Housing Contract you still wish to submit an appeal, please complete the online form and provide any supporting documentation as directed by the form guidelines.
