General Move-in Tips

Residents can check into their assigned hall between 8:00am & 5:00pm. Residents checking in after 5:00pm can contact a staff member in their assigned hall. Instructions on how to contact duty staff will be placed on building entrances. For all Quad buildings, a check-in station will be in each building.

Remember to go to your assigned residence hall for your check-in on your designated move in day (see below). 

Parking is limited and at a premium.  Move your materials quickly and then park your car out of the flow of traffic.

There may be limited assistance for you at move-in, so you should plan to move yourself in on your own.  We suggest you bring a hand-truck or cart of some kind – it will help!

Check the “What to Bring and What Not to Bring List” on our website before you pack – you don’t want to bring something here that is not allowed!

Thursday August 20th

Reynolds, Moore-Strong, Quad, Tower Village

Friday August 21st

Cone, Ragsdale-Mendenhall, North Spencer, Spring Garden Apartments
