UNCG HRL allows for an additional occupant (pending a background check) as well as an allowance of a pet in the CRL apartments.

At UNCG, there is an emphasis on our CRL staff’s own professional development. At the start of the academic year, each CRL develops a Professional Development Plan for the year, outlining their professional interests, goals, and areas they are looking to develop in. Our Assistant Director (AD) team each receives a copy, and continuously checks in with our staff on how they are contributing to their own professional development.

Res Life staff members each sit on at least two internal committees around recruitment (professional staff, graduate staff, or student staff), training (professional staff, graduate staff, or student staff), residence education, student leadership, assessment, Social Justice, Diversity and inclusion, and housing operations.
