Eligibility
To be eligible for a Faculty-In-Residence position, you must be a faculty member employed by the University of North Carolina Greensboro at the time of submitting the application. A FIR can be a university appointed full-time faculty, lecturer, or visiting scholar at The University of North Carolina Greensboro. Faculty with experience engaging with undergraduate students in various learning spaces and/or whose research is focused on the college student experience are highly preferred.
Feb. 28, 2019FIR Information Session
FIR Information session for faculty interested in learning more about the FIR program. The session will be 4-5 p.m. to meet the director of the program, current FIRs, and other residence life staff. Attendees may drop in and out between this hour block. Location: Office of Housing and Residence Life, Ragsdale/Mendenhall Residence Hall
