Students not enrolled for Spring 2026
Students not enrolled for Spring 2026 who need to cancel their housing and meal plan should come to the Housing Office after completing these steps
1. Come to campus as soon as possible to remove your belongings, clean your space, and return your room key to the Housing Office in Ragsdale-Mendenhall at 201 Gray Drive.
2. Once you have completed your check-out by returning your room key, we will remove your housing and meal plan charges from your student account.
3. Per the Housing Contract, a $500 Cancellation Fee will be placed on your student account.
