How to Address Your Mail

Your mailing address should follow this format:
[Your Name]
[iSpartan] at UNCG
Greensboro, NC 27413

All mail sent to students living on campus from off campus addresses must use Zip Code 27413. This includes all USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries. Improper addressing may cause your mail to be returned-to-sender.

Mail and packages will be stored for pick-up at your postal location. A notice will be emailed to your iSpartan address as soon as your mail is ready for pickup. Once you receive notification, please stop by with your pickup code and photo identification to collect your mail or package.

If you are having issues submitting your UNCG address on websites: Third-party websites and services often attempt to verify your address before shipping your order. The UNCG student zip code, 27413, is an official USPS zip code specifically designed to support the iSpartan notification and box system. Please contact Student Mail Services for any issues.

Please Note: Any orders from services like Walmart+, Instacart, Grubhub, Door Dash, Walgreens, etc., must be addressed and come to the student directly (just like ordering a pizza). Spartan Mail is not equipped to manage grocery or meal delivery. Any attempted delivery of such will be turned away, while any order which is abandoned in or around our office will be discarded. There is no way for us to positively identify the intended recipient of such orders. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
