Doug Fleming, Associate Director for Housing Facilities
Doug Fleming has been working in campus facilities since 1999. Doug came to UNCG in August 2022 after serving in a variety of positions at UNC-CH, including Assistant Director of Housing Support. He previously was employed with GE for 11 years as an Engineering Associate where he was involved with quality control, design, manufacturing, and UL testing. Doug earned a diploma in Electrical/Electronics from Danville Community College, a B.A. in Management and Society and a Graduate Certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management from UNC-CH. During his career, Doug has provided leadership in a variety of areas including organizational management, operational budget planning, purchasing, facilities management, and strategic planning. Fun fact, Doug is a licensed Amateur Radio operator and has communicated with over 300 different countries or political entities.

Dwayne Hines, Assistant Director for Building and Environmental Services
Dwayne joined UNC-Greensboro during the summer of 2015. His professional experience includes 15 years with Sodexo providing contracted Building and Environmental services to K-12 and Higher Education institutions. His current responsibilities include managing Building and Environmental Services in all residential buildings.

Lindsay Holbrook, Project Manager
Lindsay Burkart joined the university in early 2012 after completing an internship with Barton Malow while building Jefferson Suites. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from UNCW. Lindsay is now responsible for many renovation and construction projects for Housing and Residence Life. As a business student, much of Lindsay’s construction and renovation experience has come from on the job experience and through her internship.
