Our Application Process
Helpful Information
- First round interviews are a non-video Teams call. These calls are scheduled for 45 minutes.
- UNCG HRL does not complete in-person on campus final interviews. Those who we are selected in moving forward in the interview process complete Virtual Campus Interviews (VCIs). VCIs are scheduled to be no more than five hours, in which we use a video Team meetings to conduct several interviews with a variety of stakeholders. Candidates are assigned a virtual host as well as given several breaks between interviews throughout the day.
- At this time there are TWO confirmed openings for Fall 2025. There are some anticipated positions that may be confirmed later in the Spring 2025/Summer 2025 semesters. If you apply or interview, you will be given consideration if other position becomes open after the timeline listed above. There will be no need to reapply.

Coordinator for Residence Life positions become available throughout the calendar year. CRL position vacancies will be posted here, so please visit this page for specific information, (i.e. position number, priority date, etc.).
