Spartan Village

Spartan Village residents get the best of both worlds. The apartments in each of the six residence halls in Spartan Village are modern and loaded with amenities. You can select an optional meal plan, available at a reduced cost, or you can cook for yourself in beautiful kitchens within each apartment. The Spartan Chariot makes frequent trips to the center of campus from Spartan Village. Spartan Village is home to CONNECT a living-learning community for new transfer students.

Spartan Village includes six residence halls that up West Gate City Blvd. to the Kaplan Center for Wellness.

Spartan Village halls offer single bedrooms in three different configurations, shown below. All apartments have a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and counter with bar stools. Apartments also have a large living room area with a big-screen TV, leather loveseat, two chairs, and an ottoman.

• The average bedroom in Spartan Village is 135 sq. ft. Residents enjoy single rooms with extra long full beds, desks, and mini blinds. Rooms are carpeted and have a closet with an open-air design.
• Residents also have the opportunity to use the clubhouse in Haywood 24-hours a day. Other amenities include free washers and dryers in centralized laundry rooms, elevator access to upper floors and a first floor trash room.

McCormick and Lexington are the most recent additions to Spartan Village. Included in these two buildings are retail spaces that form a “town center” on campus.
