Spring Garden Apartments

Spring Garden Apartments offer the independence that upperclassmen generally prefer, along with the benefits and convenience that come with living on campus. Students have the opportunity to easily join in UNCG activities or to step away to enjoy their privacy.

Located at the corner of Spring Garden and Josephine Boyd Streets, Spring Garden Apartments offers easy access to many restaurants, drug stores and the Kaplan Center. Residents enjoy a beautifully landscaped, private courtyard and seating area outside and spacious four-bedroom apartments inside.

Upon entering this large building, residents see a vaulted lobby area below a walkway that crosses in front of a large, fully equipped conference room. There are quiet study rooms located on each floor.

The entire square footage of a four-bedroom apartment is 1195 sq. ft. and two bedroom apartments are typically 685 sq. ft. There are single bedrooms in each unit, which also offers a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and counter with bar stools. The average single bedroom is 142 sq. ft. Each has a full-sized bed, dresser, built-in desk, desk chair and a ceiling fan with light.

Each apartment has an ample living room, with a couch, entertainment center, coffee table and end table and there are two bathrooms for four residents to share. Resident parking is located on the lobby level and laundry facilities with free washers and dryers are located on the first floor.
