Use the Speed Queen App to Check Availability in All Residence Halls
The Speed Queen app is a new feature that allows students to check the status of the washers and dryers easily from their phones. Here is how it works:
Get the app
Download the Speed Queen App from the Apple App Store or Google Play below:
Sign On
Create an account. Passwords related to Speed Queen are not managed by UNCG. If you have issues tap forgot password in the app.
Add UNCG’s location code
Location Code: UNCG01
View Availability
Available buildings will be listed under the UNCG location. You will be able to see the availability of machines in your laundry room.
Get Notified
Start your machine, then select your machine on the App to manage notifications.
