The long hallways on the second and third floors of Ragsdale /Mendenhall offer an easy opportunity to form new friendships and study groups. In addition, the two parlors offer a great space for gathering with new friends, studying, socializing and participating in community events and programs.
Ragsdale/Mendenhall is located close to the Moran Commons and Plaza, the fountain and the dining hall on one side and to the Health Center on the other. Along with the other individual buildings along Gray Drive it is identified with two names, one refers to the left side and the other, the right side of one combined building.
Ragsdale/Mendenhall offers many of the features of a stereotypical traditional college residence hall: warm wooden parlors and long hallways of bedrooms. The rooms in Ragsdale/Mendenhall have sinks and large, walk-in closets. A beautifully paneled, expansive parlor, located on the first floor of Mendenhall is available for relaxation, recreation, study, or TV viewing. Full kitchens are available on the first and third floors and laundry facilities are located on the second floor. An elevator is available in Ragsdale/Mendenhall.
